So we are having a SH meeting this year. We don’t even have a management team in place or funding to even call this a company. When are we going to act. DF has a great tech capability but should be nowhere close to management if he truly wants to make this work. Best thing for him to do is for someone competent to step in and lead the Company, if he really cares. Otherwise, this will end and perhaps not in a positive way. DF you’re not doing yourself any favors by insisting on holding on to leadership reigns. Someone else that has the experience should lead the way and DF stay on the tech side where he can focus and make contributions. 0
