pps went from 19 to 27 in 15 minutes or less bc otc-delayed 15 minutes- showed ca .19, while broker showed .27 -the wild and crazy market-and this despite reports of usa eco contraction of 33% in the 2nd qtr -the greatest on record
though that should not affect zn- in fact zn got a good deal on the rig etc partly due to the oil and covid 19 slow down
