what has not been said is anything re the license end date but the drill program approval is at least tacit if not overt approval to extend license due to the de facto force majeure delays caused by the covid 19 pandemic
-which has delayed rig and crew importation by many months and many months of regulatory delay also
we should read more about that in the 10q, which usually comes out ca Aug 8
mid to late 3rd qtr is anywhere from a couple weeks from now to sept 30- presumably rig crew quarantine will be 2 weeks
