I just got off the phone with Todd. I apologize, but he asked me to not post in detail as so much is at stake with various entities and he doesn't want anything to be misinterpreted.
Once Filings are approved, PR's will follow and information will be in the public domain. However, he welcomes anyone's call or email with your questions. He will do his best to respond, but you can expect the same admonition I received.
I believe it is safe to say that this is an important, sensitive time for the company. As always, Todd is cautious, as he should be, but please feel free to call him or Joe directly.
