Doing things as a courtesy to others is certainly nice, but wearing a mask is a good defense against getting COVID from someone who it not so courteous (or, as I like to say, not that smart these days). If I recall correctly, aren't you in your 70's? That's a pretty high risk age group for COVID mortality figures.
