Just got back and saw the GREAT news! Wow! As a trader who deals with literally thousands of these pennies and small caps and who sees some of the most toxic, death-spiral inducing financings - this is about as good as I've ever seen! Convertible at $10 - double the current SP?!?! No warrants?!?! This is outstanding news and confirmation of what we were hoping for tomorrow. Financings don't get any better than this! At least not in my world.
The SP would get a really nice bump from this news alone - not to mention what it's going to do when you combine it with the phone call.
Put your seat belts on and get some popcorn ready, tomorrow is going to be a good, good day.
