Would shareholders have approved his starting an anticounterfeiting blockchain division and core hirings and expenses for it if all that was in a filing? Would it had time to grow with infrastructure partners and now business partners? I don't know.

Revenue from them, if there is no undisclosed licensing fee, will normally come from both the Testee buying the App ($1.97 on Google Play - multiplied by millions of tests someday) and a monthly SaaS charge for maintenance and improving the HealthID blockchain. Those clients signed after QMC Alpha tested in May and Beta tested in June, exactly as Jay Williams said they would do in the last webinar. Those tests must have been successful (above revenue examples are my speculation only).
If you look back on my posts within the past week I have best case revenue estimates from 6000 tests per day from MicroGenDX and yesterday using up to one million tests per week with MIG USA. There may be no revenue from that today, but it will be recurring revenue soon and into the future, unless you think the virus is going away, and you don't think that QDX HealthID can be adapted to other future viruses and vaccines.
The two clients above are the tip of the iceberg overall and even if you look only at the cv19 new cases every week. Estimates are the numbers are underreported. Getting a slice of the pie would be major success in revenue.
Enterprise Blockchain is a new way for both providers and clients to do business but it will be the dominant way soon. QMC has a state of the art DLT and a QD anticounterfeiting add-on. Earlier today I posted a link to an article on pharma drugs counterfeiting being a 200 billion dollar yearly loss just for that industry!
QDX HealthID can be a huge revenue producer for QMC and a great intro to companies affected by the virus, which is all of them. QDX HealthID can be the live PoC - Proof of Concept for potential new clients beyond the health industry. I think MicroGenDX is a live test IMO.
