I'm just curious as to what your definition of REALLY bad is? I'm still way ahead of where I bought a few years ago and have no complaints on performance. Every company has ups and downs so I think that's pretty normal taking into consideration the bottom feeders that attack and want to see the company fail. NP has been more gracious than I would have been with the people printing things about his character.
