Not true. The millions of shares dumped over the last 6 weeks are directly related the number of shares purchased on the last “run” to .0004. It’s the same thing here- a group of investors hoped to trigger some buying and now they’ll be forced to sell their shares at a loss as well. The 280m shares were all bought in an hour and then the buying dried up. So far today we’ve had $200 worth of shares traded. If people wanted to own ONCI, they’d be buying....but they’re not
