You’re the sharpest dude on here so just re-read my response to you so as not to be repetitive.
Skip the fruit roll up part because they might be chocolate lovers but IF I WAS CEO (SINCE YOU ASKED ME AND NOT ALWAYS WHO WE BOTH DESPISE) I would rather not get into a FULL ON legal dispute (DEFCON 1) with the US GOVT!!!
Know this: everyday this goes on the Cabal seems to grow, get stronger and if they’ve infiltrated the SEC and they now have the funds and power of the US GOVT behind them, while they search for grownups they will effectively be able to drain our funds, time, nrg, trading efficacy, positive press, provide negative exposure, etc. THAT ain’t good! I DON’T WANT THAT AND AS CEO I WOULD PREVENT THAT! Am I missing something?
PHASE 2 concurrent w/ PHASE 1 (see below), again if I were CEO for a day; I would press hard w/ a TOP TIER MEDIA CAMPAIGN (SHEP EARN YOUR KEEP - and when we say TOP we mean TIPPY TOP) and push for a soft NDA/Nolo Contendre option w/ the SEC (PHASE 1).
Guns drawn - walking back slowly - everyone carries on.
I’ll speak to KB this week and reiterate my position - I’m not close enough to enjoy ngiri and saki like you but I’m sure the ever gracious and brilliant KB will convince me he’s already thought of all of this. My 2 cents.
