Except the company never gives forward guidance, at least nothing that can be believed, at this point.
Any deals would have been p.r.'ed, per Kay, or 8K'd (I think) - they are planning a new dilution because revenues remain minimal.
Not that I'm in any position to give anyone advice (or I wouldn't be down huge here), but read between the lines., i.e.:
