Mostly form letter responses. Times three. Missed a phone call. They have a file they share among departments. My comments were forwarded and are available to view by anyone at the SEC should they want.
I have another letter written I will send out Friday should we not hear something by then. It is addressed to the head gentlemen in the Investor Advocacy section but also to the head of the Ombudsman section too. The Ombudsman has the power to make sure the other departments are not blowing me off.
BTW, Joe has been supportive in my reaching out. Shareholders do have rights and he feels like we can have an effect. My rights align with what is in the best interest of the company.
Hopefully we will see a Form EFFECT filing soon and we'll know the SEC processed the S-1.
I suggest letting the NGIO situation run its course a bit. Too early for that based on the Form 10 amended filing was so recent.
I have no idea if GNBT could pull off warrants at this point. With positive test results and a go ahead by the FDA the odds are more favorable. The reason CYDY was so successful with that is they had incredible data for HIV , were in the process of filing with the FDA and got a pharma partner. Then they got the Covid run and were able to have the warrants exercised raising $50M.
