Whomever holds convertible notes. Who all is that at this point? Buildit, tc and rjs read the filings better than me. Creek Mountain for one, anybody GNBT used shares to pay for a company, get a loan from or for services rendered. There is/was a number of them. Olaregen, Pantheon, Medisource former owners. Some of the original note holders. Some may have gotten dividends too.
Remember once, CM/Veneto opened the door, anybody felt emboldened to do what they wanted even if $2.50 was the original floor.
This is why Joe doesn't want to use this type of financing anymore.
