I’m not a trader...
My only position is DECN.
I’m long 4.5 years now and when I hear the ENTIRE SEC is against us - it means we will lose. If the SEC is laughing at Berman and his world class attorneys l don’t know how they won’t have a good toilet paper fight w/ the shareholders 2nd letter after using the first as a birdcage liner.
I’m not even sure what that means at this point; Losing; so we’ll never be able to trade on OTC again? How long till we lose and what happens? You said months w/ possible litigation (SMH). We gave them an additional 2 weeks: I thought that was a gesture of collaboration w/ the enemy in the hopes of finding a way through...what happened? Not for you to answer just making some points...

Yes - SEC 100% against us and lying the whole time, our “assessment” of some past most recent Legal Binds didn’t turn out so well (Fed appeal judges), not being able to trade fluid when the stocks above a 1$, 4 years of investing reduced to pennies on the dollar w/ no feedback from the company post final appeal JNJ loss...yes all that makes me Antsy.
I say this while LONG huge, CONFIDENT OVERALL and 100% ASSURED DECN has got the goods and will get EUA; but we should extricate ourselves from this SEC debacle ASAP! NOT GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY. Settle and move TF ON...don’t want any more “Foundation Adjustments” from any govt. agency that can possible derail us. And if we’re being scoped up via laser and a high powered rifle by fraudulent deep state govt. actors who are in collaboration w/ fraudulent public cabal members it’s not a favorable position to be in.
