(OTC PINK: GHAV), the makers of Grand Havana Coffee®, is proud to announce the launch of GH Hospitality Group alongside finalizing negotiations of our joint venture with Estefan's Kitchen Express (EKE) GH Hospitality will own 49% of the locations it opens and operate under the name Estefan's Kitchen Express®.

Grand Havana and Estefan's Enterprises have been working together for years. We have worked together in providing Estefan's Kitchen with coffee products and participants in events like Feed a Friend and many others hosted by Emilio Estefan. When the opportunity was presented to partner with the expansion of EKE, we felt it would be a right move for GH Hospitality to make.
Board of Directors has appointed Board member Steven Haas to the position of President of GH Hospitality Group, effective immediately. Steve Polisar will become Executive Chairman and will be focused on global licensing and business development opportunities for GH Hospitality a wholly owned subsidiary of Grand Havana, Inc.
We are currently in negotiations for an Estefan's Kitchen Express. The potential location is in the Downtown & Brickell Financial district. This location will be the first deal in the joint venture between GH Hospitality a subsidiary of Grand Havana, Inc and Estefan's Enterprises owners of Estefan's Kitchen Express promising an authentic experience complete with a specially curated menu. Exclusive menu items include warm, grilled sandwiches and baked goods, fresh-roasted Grand Havana Coffee and other Cuban specialties like our award-winning sandwiches and freshly squeezed all-natural juices. There will also be a number of dishes available including a wide selection of savory dishes such as paninis, salads and other unique specialties.
