BOA under fundamentals tab provided that number, I may not know if they are correct so the "gobbilty gook" was not invented by me, but I always considered BOA reliable. So please let me know where to look for an accurate number. Also since you have experience, do you know if bylaws are available to shareholders and BOD minutes, hey guys we also own the company.
