I will be very careful. I read a post referring t

I have been recalcitrant to post something at this level until I understood this audience. I know there are MD's, molecular biologists and amazing investors that obviously spent a considerable time to improve their knowledge base in this abstruse and complicated body of knowledge, amazing and to your credit!
Somebody asked what was the body of evidence of a possible LBO or hostile take over. I hear blogs why we haven't had main stream media attention why hasn't BP's paper been published? Again the company has zero gravitas, they didn't developed this molecule, they have difficulty discussing developing, MOA, MOD, BP owns this. Again nothing you will find on the internet, the 742 ongoing NIH supported trials just for therapeutics, there is not supporting data do describe MOA, MOD!
It is a simple distribution company, that has had over 10 years to bring product to market. In response to the blogger that admonished fear/greed, these are very well established characteristics of many investors. I have observed this on some blogs " it's up 20 cents , I think it's going to break 6, Not sure but with the short raids, I may get out, It's going to over 150, lets put a video so we keep the family in the fold". Not to criticize but there are many motivations in the investment community. I believe in science not sure I can continue to believe in corporate governance.
Sorry for the long blog, my concerns to my family of investors (and I mean that) to the doctors qnd biopharmacists,do you remember trovan, cox-2, demerol, and recently zantac, nothing is a sure bet. Marketing is the key, Plavix, the three dollar ASA with a very smqll clinical benefit. Ambien and when the patent ran out create CR, which really stood for continued revenues for another 14 years.
I am not sure our management team understands big Pharma. Samsung Biologics with a commitment for 1.2 million doses which is parsed on this blog, as whether it's true or management lying to shareholders. What about a company that could produce 2 billion doses, I am not talking about regeneron or the top by revenue of pharma in the world.
I realize I am "watched" by management, and/or get 100 thumbs down. But I have to respond to my moral inclinations and have no egotistical or financial benefits from my rantes (pun intended).
I just believe in an activists group of shareholders, to channel the energy and passion which is clearly evident, to make changes for all of us in our investment.
