if I understand two tailed, its designed to get a cumulative p value of the odds of the exact number of success (60 our of 67 in this example) and the odds of 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66 and 67 successes.
This calculator seems to do that and comes up with a cumulative p value of .0186
