Lots of speculation on this and other sites regard

I can see the reasoning in many of the hypothesis, but to me the answer is simple. If I hit a powerball jackpot, one might think that I would run immediately to the lottery office to get paid.
However, that is not what I would do (nor most financially sound people). I would contact an attorney, a CPA and possibly a few other experts to help me figure out the best approach to things.
When the prize is so large, and the results so great, you are wise to take a moment to figure things out before you start screaming that you won the lottery.
I think the data is very strong, and that we are coordinating with the FDA, other government agencies, possibly news outlets and likely big pharma to figure out some of the details before we start screaming.
Just my 2 cents.
