I am hearing themes, maybe I am wrong. about uneasiness with corporate management. Rub you have pointed this out correctly with comparisons to Moderna, and Regeneron. These are powerhouse companies composed of world renowned and proven scientists. Regeneron went decades before they had a product, which they developed in house with a patented process. Our CYDY bought a product and does not in terms to the directors or the c-suite have a single scientist with gravitas and again not a single person who wrote for a NIH grant. It is not a difficult process if you have done it before.

There is nothing sinister about the funding they receive, they are proven winners, they have vision and innovation, and partnered with big Pharma (Sanofi). Think about if you bet in sports there is the long shot or good bets.

I am here more as a scientist than investor, but having grown up in Michigan during the ups and downs of the auto industry, I remember having an informal lunch with Bill Ford on the Sunday before he announced at his shareholders meeting that he would take a $1 salary until he made FMC profitable.

Rather than listening to laughter and chuckling after passing the proxy for another hundred million shares, I would like to see salary reductions to help fund needed projects, reduce corporate debt, and restore stockholder confidence.
