My $VERB excitement's focal point, is on an official LIVE launch coming very soon......and / or, a potential major player full integration and collaboration occurring with the announcement coming from the other party involved as well.
Either material event, profoundly affecting our cap and shareholder value, would require an 8-K being filed...and I look forward with rising anticipation and exhilaration, to one or both happening in the near term.
We've got the cash now, and I'd bet balls that Rory and team timed the offering to coincide with the need for the new upcoming major marketing program...planned, initiated, and underway in a comprehensive far reaching manner.
Less than 24 hours 'til a new trading week, and excitement over our company's positive developments is building a huge head of steam!
IMO, long-term, tough-minded, persevering investors, and our expectations, will be realized....which in all likelihood, will facilitate the need for "seat belts to be fastened"!
Although it's a huge vacation period we're in now (despite the Covid), I'd expect to see and hear game changing news in the next few weeks....
....if not getting started this week!!
