Very important:
I'm not re-posting here because I believe this thesis, especially since I have significant doubt regarding Trumps statements being related to leronlimab.
I am simply reporting on activity on another board.

I was golfing yesterday, but could not get the Trump/Leronlimab puzzle off my mind! I really enjoy these mysteries so decided to recap of what we know for newbies. After reviewing, I have upped my odds that he is talking about Leronlimab to 70%.
Bread Crumbs
1. Trump Press conference, paraphrasing,,"we are doing very well with therapeutics, you go into a hospital, get a SHOT and feel better".
2. Trump call in to Hannity show to mention SHOT in a similar way.
3. Trump press conference a few weeks back when he says "we are looking at an Aids Vaccine" which was later corrected by his staff to be a therapeutic (like Leron)
4. Fauci has said multiple times the a bridge might be a subcontaneous shot of monoclonal antibodies
5, Small one..but Dr. Paterson said he has been in talks with Barda and that Leronlimab would be a drug to stockpile.
6. It is probable, imho, the FDA has seen some of the data from the m/m study and know it is better than Remdesivir. They definitely have seen data from the s/c phase 3 trial. If death can be taken off the table in a meaningful way, that is a big win.
Could he be referring to one of our competitors?
1. Tocilizumab - IV treatment. Pretty nasy side effects possible. Severe infections. NO.
2. Lenzilumab - HGEN - Phase 3 trial. But this is one hour IV infusion, every 8 hours for three courses.
3. Itolizumab - This is the one that was approved in India. It is injectable, but studies have not been done in the US yet. Certainly possible Trump was talking about this, but the data just isn't there yet. I would say unlikely.
My Comment: See this recent update where the COVID-19 Task Force is now not in favor of itolizumab for treatment.

4. Remestemcel-L - This is adminsterd via an IV, so don't think it is this.
5 REGN COV2 - Looks like they are in Phase 3? Data expected by end of summer? Looks like the monoclonal antibody adheres to the virus and prevents it from spreading. Don't know how admined.
6. Eli Lilly - They have something but appears to be ways away.
7. Galidesivir - No data out soon. It is in P1 trials in Brazil, and requires IV TWICE every day for seven days MINIMUM.... from the trial description. After treatment, the patients will remain hospitalized until resolution of symptoms allows release. All patients will be followed for mortality through Day 56. Sounds like this is a long way away.
8.Eiger Pharma - Looks like their Peginterferon Lambda is in Phase 2 of about 100 patients with mild sympoms that are hospitalized.. Looks like it is an injection.
9. Plasma Therapy - Can't scale and not a shot
Anything big pharma related is a real competitor, but I think REGN COV2 is the biggest competitor, because they love Regeneron.
