Bulls Take Charge of Univec Conglomerate Inc. (OTCMKTS: UNVC)

Univec Conglomerate Inc. (OTCMKTS: UNVC) is one penny stock that has been rising steadily for years never giving back its gains and always moving on to new highs. From a start point in low triple zeros UNVC has skyrocketed over the years to recent highs of $0.0395. The stock has continued higher thanks to a low float and a tightly held stock structure.

Last year Univec entered into a partnership with Agrimed to manufacture and distribute its medical cannabis transdermal patch for treatment and relief of approved medical conditions. A transdermal patch adheres or sticks to the skin and delivers a specific dose of medication through the skin and into the bloodstream. Agrimed is a Delaware Company developing, producing and selling products derived from cannabis. Agrimed owns one of the twelve licenses authorized by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to grow and process medical cannabis. Agrimed has teamed up with Former Pittsburgh Steelers great Jack Ham, a native of Johnstown, to promote the use of medical marijuana in Pennsylvania.

The Company is led by Dr David Dalton; a visionary who was named as one of the “Top 100 Healthcare Leaders” for 2019 by the International Forum on Advancements in Healthcare. With 45 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical world, Dr. Dalton served over 18 years as Vice President of Rite Aid, and then founded and served as Chairman, President, CEO of several successful pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical related companies including Mednet, ManagedcareRx, and Sivault Systems. Dr. Dalton received a Doctor of Pharmacy from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy. In addition to his extensive background in pharmaceutical field, he is a visiting professor and lectures at several schools of pharmacy throughout the United States, and former President of West Virginia University School of Pharmacy Presidential Committee. Dr Dalton has built an impressive BOD for UNVC including John C. Peoples, Past Vice President of Merck as well as Kenneth Grant past Vice President of Johns Hopkins Health System.
