TORONTO, July 25, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Datametrex AI Limited (" Datametrex " or the " Company ") ( TSXV: DM, FSE: D4G, OTC: DTMXF ) announces that further to the Company’s press release dated July 17, 2020 in connection with the appointment of Ms. Andrea Yuan as new Chief Financial Officer ( “CFO” ) of the Company, Ms. Yuan has had to resign from the position effective immediately due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the interim, until a permanent replacement can be found, the company’s departing CFO Steve Kang will continue acting as CFO.
