They have you choose a default certifying authorit

They have you choose a default certifying authority to link to your profile, but two of the three that was listed don't appear to be test locations:

The "Austin Public Health" option may be a testing location, but the others, "Prescott University" and "Tyrell Industries" may appear to be actual businesses. Perhaps these are businesses that will adopt QDX Health ID? I am not sure.

After choosing a certifying authority, it brings you to a page where you digitally sign your signature. I didn't go beyond this page, because I wanted to look more into these certifying authorities. I would assume you would get an email after the signature process is complete.
