I'm not buying shares now cause I think it will be worth hundreds of billions in the far future after lots of trials, none of which are guaranteed to be successful. I'm buying shares now hoping that after all that is expected in the next 3-4 weeks, the SP will be worth 3x to 5x more than it is now. This means I would also gladly vote to sell on a buyout offer around this price plus some premium...say around 4.5x to 7.5x current SP.
No one's gonna pay you NOW what you think the SP is going to be a decade from now after all the work that has to be done without a guaranteed successful outcome.
