Another question regarding p-values... Dr. Yo on his livestream today mentioned that even with statistically significant p-values studies are being critiqued due to too few patients, hence he feels that approval may be an issue based on our m-2-m trial. One would think however that the trial would have been designed such that if the p-values were very strong the number of patients would be satisfactory. I think I disagree with his sentiment but would love to get someone who knows the statistical side better to comment. I would think it is statistically significant or it isn't. And so long as our p-values are below a certain threshold there really wouldn't be the need for more patients to prove statistical significance.
