I wouldn't be surprised if Cytodyn has not applied. I've been told that the government asks for a lot in return for grant money. The more critical the need and the more great the treatment, the more leverage CYDY will have to negotiate better terms for the grant money. Perhaps NP and the other execs biding their time knowing they may have greater leverage very soon.
