skipper, I agree, no one is doubting Joe's commitment to the company and shareholders.
However, is it possible that Joe's public comments about other competitors, big pharma, make the SEC give extra scrutiny to the S1 and the Form 10? The company is supposed to be in a quiet period, yet the CEO is making public comments criticizing mRNA which is being taughted as the cure for our economy. I'm not saying this is happening, but Joe should lay low while we await approval. JMHO
