Accumulation imo. In terms of OTCs I've really only run into algos when trading FNMA & FMCC. But since our volume is up there with those OTC tickers maybe we've got algos too now. Hard to tell for sure, but I'd say accumulation. Still weird though how the tape keeps showing these repetitive transactions.
