Based on the way the shares were locked in a tight range yesterday and the day before, I truly did not think the offering was finalized. According to this prospectus that was filed today (see arrowed sections below), it says it is expected it will happen today (shares and money exchange hands). However, the prospectus was dated July 21, so who knows.
Could be totally wrong, but I expect to see a different trading pattern once it is all done. No more tight range, not more stacked asks and bids, and most likely volume will decrease.....
