Doc, thanks for the earlier reply - I'm still confused, but at least I feel I'm supposed to be confused based on the way the SEC allows an 8k that says the Form 10 is effective in May, but in July is still requiring amended answers to that Form 10! How did we ever get to this state with financial issues...oh yeah, lawyers.
