You're cherry picking polls. But go right ahead and overvalue Rasmussen while ignoring the aggregate of polls.
Here's how bad it is for Trump, the RCP averages INCLUDE Rasmussen. Throw out Rasmussen, and the highest poll for Biden, and you have a more accurate picture of just how screwed Trump really is.
