Exactly! Its like firewood or tinder that was dumped and drenched the last quarter. But now its had plenty of time to dry out and is ready for ignition again. I was guilty of not doing my homework and ASSumed that the filing was due Feb 15th but we waited this long, whats another few weeks to a badger???
