My concern is that the M/M cohort is largely known to recover on their own.

We know that some of our M/M treatment patients recovered almost immediately.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but if we only look at Day 0 and Day 14 we miss the opportunity to capture those miraculous recoveries that happen in less than 14 days.
