Mh, I read that differebtly... I think it is just not expressed well/in a confusing manner:
"Duration (days) of hospitalization [ Time Frame: Day 14 ]"
The discharge time will be recorded/assessed after 14 days; otherwise, you couldn't talk about "duration", just about e g. rate of hospitalization; likewise for the other SE with "duration" in them. Wouldn't make any sense.
So, "Time Frame Day 14" to me means that at Day 14 the number of days of hospitalization will be assessed.
