But they are taking a number of measurements throughout, including at days 3, 7 and 14. These secondary endpoints are designed to create a complete picture of the progress, and time to progress. They are not simply looking at day 0 and day 14.
If you think they are, then you don't know what you are talking about. Its all on clinicaltrials.gov.
With respect to reallypeoples question, its making a flawed assumption that most of the mild to moderate will resolve and resolve completely within 14 days. Even if that were the case, we will likely be able to show a faster resolution through these intermediate measurements. That said, it will not be the case.
