They measure the 4 categories at day 0, 3, 7 and 14 (as well as many of the secondary endpoints)
With respect to the primary endpoint, there will be an average score at day 0, that we will then compare the two groups to, at day 3, 7 and 14.
For the sake of argument, we may see an average score on day zero of 8 (out of 12). If the Leronlimab group improves to say an average score of 2, after 14 days and the Placebo group progresses to an average score of 9. We will have a very significant outcome.
Of course we dont know what these results will be, but not only can they measure day 14, they can show the trend in between, which may end up being more significant (think faster recovery time)
