Not entirely useless. After listening to that it got me wondering (yes I wonder a lot) why nucleotide RNA polymerase inhibitors like remdesivir and galidesivir might possibly fail. I ran across an interesting article that showed that remdesivir worked only when there was a low level of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). High ATP levels increase viral reproduction.

From researching CCR5 and cancer I knew that high ATP levels also encourage cancer cell reproduction. High CCR5 levels upregulate ATP. CCR5 blockade drops ATP levels and would be another mechanism to control COVID-19 viral reproduction. I wonder if Dr. Patterson has come to the same conclusion already.
