Not quite sure what you're talking about in this situation. NP has not surrounded himself with people who keep him from making the same rookie mistakes over and over. And hasn't the confusing PR today (another in a long line of them) made you that much more tired and exasperated by the lack of understanding of how to manage your expectations?
