Unfortunately, Adam F. also assists in short attacks on biotechs that are listed on NASDAQ and the NYSE. Uplsiting will not stop these attacks. What COULD help prevent these attacks is a reduction in statements from the CEO in regards to the timing of PRs, what those PRs might contain and statements on pending projects. Taking these steps will reduce the information that shorts have to use when planning a “short attack”.
