"Of the 84 patients treated, one patient died 33 days after enrollment due to an event unrelated to leronlimab."

My guess is the death was in the leronlimab arm because why would it specifically say "unrelated to leronlimab" if it was in placebo arm? Although unfortunate and true, shorts could use this to spin the safety of leronlimab.
