Betta4u Brands Inc. has terminated the proposed acquisition agreement with #SFIO Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (OTC Pink: SFIO) after failing to perform and to conclude a definitive agreement.
So it appears the SFIO ticker is once again a zombie ticker without an associated corporation. It would be curious to know whom exactly Betta4U was referring to in the Twitter post in regards to 'Smokefree Innotec, Inc... failing to perform' or '...conclude a ... agreement' when it is widely understood by all that the 'Smokefree Innotec, Inc' corporate entity has been for quite some time, many years in fact, without any director or manager. Whom was Rubin going to have a 'definitive agreement' with? The only person(s) who were associated with this ticker was Universal Management Association and Betta4U brands, so this tweet must be referring to Universal Management Association of whom was legally managing the entity. The question would then by why did UMA 'fail' to 'conclude a definitive agreement'? Was it non-response because of Covid or was it a financial (in)decision? Perhaps UMA will tweet about it at some point, perhaps not. Either way, Betta4U brands did absolutely nothing for this ticker and it appears their 'business' has been dormant and not moving at all for over a year, they could not even get a single SEC PDF filing submitted to OTC markets in over six months, so not sure this represents any substantive change for the SFIO ticker. It appears Betta4U brands was a dud and perhaps has always been a dud; doing absolutely nothing to succeed in getting publicly traded. Perhaps UMA will attempt to sell the shell to another business looking to get publicly traded on the OTC Markets. Time will tell.
Do or do not, there is no try.
