I don't think a buyout could be announced Tuesday

I don't think a buyout could be announced Tuesday if the PR comes out Tuesday. A buyout offer is going to take time once the PR comes out. Not necessarily a lot of time, but most likely more than one big pharma will be making an offer if the results are what we think they will be.
