The most important piece of information Cytodyn needs from Mexico right now is - did that doctor find the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) email that was sent to him a while ago that he did not see?
Mexico is our best shot at accelerated approval of Leronlimab for Covid-19 right now. The only other accelerator might be the Data Safety Monitoring Board looking at the outcomes in the Severe/Critical trial and declaring that they have seen enough and that the trial should be stopped and Leronlimab should be approved with hast.
On another subject discussed here, Patterson has done his job of identifying the Mechanism of Action for Leronlimab and the effect of it binding to the CCR5 receptor. As Rbarb100 said in post 43787, "Dr.Kelly is also involved with and understands all the medical processes that Cytodyn is trying to use to cure the many medical issues that exists." Cytodyn does not need more help understanding the MOA of Leronlimab.
"Dr. Pourhassen indicated that Dr.Kelly is involved in attracting top notch doctors in various medical fields that Cytodyn is in to become, I believe, special consultants." But these specialist are needed to work on the trials and analyse the results. Patterson's work is not needed in this regard. At least not as I can see. Kelly will do what remains in that regard. That's my take on this issue.
But let's worry about getting Mexico on the stick. That's extremely important now.
