MACRO VIEW:

1. BIG PHARMA - we threaten many of their products, but imo the BP world can only delay us for so long. If our data is strong, other countries will approve LERON for use and circumvent the delay tactics of our own FDA. Plus, as our share price increases so will their potential cost to acquire us later. BP would be smarter to buy us out on the front end if the data is conclusively strong. That would also be the case before we are uplisted. Our purchase price will only increase as time goes on, and BP can claim their lower offer is due to the fact that we are not yet approved for use in the US.

2. WASHINGTON - we are also a threat politically. If the FDA does not give us an EAU with great data when they gave Gilead an EAU for Remdesivir on weaker data, the narrative of corruption at the FDA will explode. Conversely, if the FDA does approve us quickly, many on the Left will view this as a win for the Bad Orange Man and will resultantly try to stop the approval process. Again, rising COVID numbers and deaths will make this scandalous. The FDA could try to claim we need to continue trials for more data, but the circumstances with COVID and the economy are too dire presently to ignore

3. WALL STREET - they have already given us earlier looks and basically said “come back when you have the data.” WS cares about profits more than they care about politics and even industries. When disrupters have shown up on the scene in the past, there is always initial resistance. But, big investors quickly follow small ones who are willing to organically fund and accept risk for the latest new thing. And those investors especially do so if the new thing has a great story behind it! Resultantly, business channels will be interviewing us this week if we can prove through the data that we are for real. Once that happens, the calculus for timelines and stock valuations quickly accelerate for Cytodyn.

MY FINAL SNAPSHOT BEFORE TUESDAY - if the data is great, there will be no stopping CYDY. Yes we will have fluctuations during day trading, profit taking, shorting, etc., bu the net vector for this stock in the next 60 days will be unstoppable. For disclosure, I am a large shareholder, but I have done my homework (for hours and hours every day for months). I understand the science, the potentials, human nature, the politics, the corruption and numerous other minutiae inputs that make me a long Investor. I am also intimately familiar with risk management. Watching the hand wringing and lamentations over ever little buzz or glitch with this company has been painful. People who do that could never survive in my business - and don’t! So to all of you who have have actually done your due diligence - congratulations. You understand why you invested in our good friend Leron. Sit back and enjoy the ride, long and tedious though it may be. I am not an investment advisor, trader or lifelong WS guy, so I too have to handle the angst of short shenanigans. But, this drug is for real and so are it’s multiple revenue streams. And last I checked, when someone is dying they don’t want to buy a new car or the latest IPhone. THEY WANT THE DRUG THAT IS GOING TO SAVE THEIR LIVES.
