It remains to be seen and stated by the FDA whether they say we need a phase III for M2M. I will say this though, why would the FDA ask for a phase III if they suggested to NP that 75 is what they wanted as the protocol at the very beginning and we actually hit 86? That is the 64,000 dollar question IMO!!!
