I think a group of shareholders should start a class action suit or at least petition the court for summary judgement against the prior board member (who is suing the company) for standing in Nader's way, wasting 1.5 years and 20 million bucks, slowing science and progress, for breach of fiduciary duty, and for crying like a little bitch over his spilled milk.
Once we win we can then file suit against him in civil court for financial damages.
