We all need to be patient with Cytodyn and the route they are taking. A lot is not totally in their control but they keep pushing forward even though once in a while they hit a road.

"The race is not given to the swift nor the strong but he who endures until the end." (Ecclesiastes 9:11)

Dr. Bruce K. Patterson is a scientist who is fully in support of leronlimab and continues to talk out on support of leronlimab. Incelldx's relationship has cool off for quite some time but Dr. Patterson has and will continue to promote leronlimab. He did so in his fantastic TedTalk on June 17, 2020 and he will do so this Monday evening in his talk with Dr. Been. Also remember that Dr. Patterson had indicated that does not own any stock in Cytodyn.

Also remember that Dr. Pourhassan is the CEO but he reports to the Board of Directors and the Board is involved and consulted with on major decisions. Also the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Scott Kelly, is the largest individual shareholder in Cytodyn, having over 10 million shares. In the few conference calls that I have seen Dr. Kelly he appears to be a very smart, no nonsense medical doctor who provides alot of insight into the medical side of Cytodyn.

Dr.Kelly is also involved with and understands all the medical processes that Cytodyn is trying to use to cure the many medical issues that exists.
Dr. Pourhassen indicated that Dr.Kelly is involved in attracting top notch doctors in various medical fields that Cytodyn is in to become, I believe, special consultants.

The information for the HIV Bla is being worked on and will be eventually provided to the Fda. Nader voluntarily provided the information to us of what the Fda asked in their Request for Evidence, which is not a rejection. The Fda has been involved with Cytodyn for quite awhile in their rolling review and this process will continue forward. It is better to make sure that Cytodyn provides solid response to the Fda so that we can get clearance from the Fda and receive a positive Pdufa date. I am hoping for a date 6 months from May 11-12, but I am not sure when the clock will start running on the Pdufa date.

With respect to foreign countries it is unfortunate about the delay with the nondisclosure agreement but the agreement has or will be signed shortly and the small 25 patient test can proceed. Mexico has a very serious coronavirus situation and should have enough patients to immediately commence and complete the phase III trial. A mexican Fda approval will be great for Cytodyn but also for the citizens of Mexico. Hopefully Brazil is moving forward with Cytodyn because of Brazil's horrific corona virus problem.

We also have Dr. Been who, I think, is now a believer in Cytodyn. By now he has thoroughly investigated leronlimab and has become a supporter of it. Hopefully he has reached out to India and Pakistan about leronlimab. It was great to see over 1200 people at the youtube conference call last night.

Dr. Yo is another medical doctor that is supportive of Cytodyn and leronlimab. And he has recently disclosed that he has purchased stock in Cytodyn. Dr.Yo is well respected and has a huge following. I believe Dr.Yo will be on Dr. Drew's show on Tuesday afternoon to discuss leronlimab and another drug and covid. He continues to get the word out.

We have also filed for uplisting on the Nasdaq. The process normally takes 4-6 weeks to process but it can be quicker. CFO Mulholland had been working on the uplisting since early June so the uplisting petition should be in good shape. We should receive a response hopefully by the end of July, beginning of August. A response on the uplisting should occur before we hear back from the Fda on our mild to moderate submission since we probably won't complete the information needed to be submitted to the Fda until late this week or the following week. Hopefully the other information for the Fda on the HIV Bla can and is submitted this week.

Approval to the Nasdaq will be wonderful. At that time large institutions can then purchase the stock. It will also help us with the short sellers because of the Nasdaq triggering mechanism that stops trading in a stock if a stock drops too much in process.

Again patience is a virtue with Cytodyn. The stock should go up as it has over the past 10 months. From 30 cents to over $ 5 and recently hitting a high of $10. But his is nothing if we continue to move forward. It has happened to companies like Novavax that went from $5 to over $140 and Moderna that went from the teens to over $90.

Keep the faith and the patience as Cytodyn continues to march forward. Hold the stock (buy more) if you are a believer. Covid19 is a problem that we know that Cytodyn can help with and we know that the company's focus is to get approval from the Fda as quickly as possible. A quick approval will help to deal with people who have attracted the covid virus while big pharma and other biomedical companies (such as Generex) work on a vaccine.

Looking forward to a very interesting week and the days and months ahead!
