1. No, I don’t think the data was confirmed prior to filing to uplist to NASDAQ. NP is a very confident person and believes in leronlimab, so much so that he file for BTD in cancer with only 2-3 patients. He also believes that COVID data will be good, so good that he’s planning on uplisting and had ordered more leronlimab from Samsung.
2. Here’s deeper for you: CYDY started the process to file to uplist on the NYSE starting in May, if I remember correctly. During the run to $10 and the increase in converted warrants, the company switched to the NASDAQ. Had CYDY stayed the NYSE path, they wouldn’t likely PRed the official application in the mid to end of June, long before trial data was even close to being finalized. Basically, uplifting was going to happen sooner of later.
